Q. When can i start taking lessons?
A. As soon as you turn 17 providing you have applied for your provisional licence you can start learning to drive with us
Q. I don't know anything about driving, do i need to have some knowledge about cars?
A. No, we don't expect you to know anything about driving a car infact we will train you up from the Grass Roots so that you become a better and safer driver.
Q. How many lessons should i take?
A. This really depends on your driving experience and your level of learning progression, we recommend our students to take block bookings, that way you save money and you are more likely to commit to taking lessons rather than take gaps in between. Q. I am ready for my driving test what do i do?
A. Your instructor can inform you when you are ready to take your test, as the instructor will try to understand whether your level of driving experience will fullfil the driving test standards, Green Arrow wants all their students to be confident before taking their test so we won't push you to take your test unless you feel ready.
Q. My theory test is expired?
A. Not the end of the world, we recommend you start practicising your theory test before you book any test, you will have a maximum of 2 years to apply for a test once you have passed your theory so it is a good practice to try and complete the test within the first year of passing your theory.
Q. Am i entitled to a refund for booking at the wrong date/time?
A. You have 2 working days to change your mind on any bookings, any changes afterwards will result in you incuring an administration fee of £10.
