erms and conditions of Green Arrow’s promotion of a discounted rate bulk lesson purchase (the "Offer")

1. The Offer is valid on the purchase of your first lessons with us, a minimum of 2 hours is required to qualify for the special offer single lesson.
2. This Offer is not applicable to driving lessons taken in an automatic car.
3. Full payment must be made at the time of booking the lessons for the Offer to apply.
4. Lessons booked after the initial 1 hour using the Offer may vary.
5. The Offer is only available to new customers of Green Arrow, who may only take advantage of the Offer one time.
6. The Offer is not available to anyone currently taking lessons with a Green Arrow instructor.
7. No refunds will be made in the case of non-use of lessons booked under the Offer for any reason.
8. The Offer prices will vary by area, please contact us for details and full terms and conditions.
9. The Offer is only valid for driving lessons in the UK excluding Northern Ireland and Scotland.
10. The Offer is valid from 31 December 2011, and Green Arrow remain the right to withdraw the Offer at anytime.
11. Lessons are normally doubled up and taught in two hours duration. Lessons of 1 hour duration are available on request subject to instructor availability.
12. The Offer is subject to availability.
13. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer made available by Green Arrow from time to time.
14. Driving lessons booked under the Offer must be redeemed within 3 months of booking and making payment.
15. Green Arrow reserves the right to vary the terms of this offer and/or withdraw the offer at any time without notice.

Recommend a friend offer:

1. Subject to recommending a friend you are eligible for 1 free lesson plus a minimum booking of 1 single lesson
2. Free lesson cannot be exchanged or reedemed for cash
3. Free lesson must be used in 3 months of being offered otherwise you will lose your lesson
4. You will be presented with a free lesson card and will need to be provided to instructor at the time of lesson
5. Green Arrow reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at our discretion

Lesson bookings terms:

1. Lessons booked online or via the phone once approved can be altered or refunded providing you give us 2 working day notice, failure to give proper notice will result you incuring an administration fee of £5
2. Full payment must be made at the time of booking for the lesson or block lessons to confirm a valid block bookings
3. No additional offers can be applied to any standard block bookings
4. You may use our gift card to apply for lessons available to student.
5. Green Arrow may refuse lessons at their own discretion
